Testimonials

I’ve taken many programs, but the anger management class at A New Outlook stood out. Jasper made it personal, not clinical, and helped me understand the deeper connection between my anger and my addiction.

The tools I learned go beyond managing outbursts — they’re helping me face life with a clearer head and calmer heart. This class didn’t just teach me about anger; it’s helping me change my life.

Mike King

As a father going through a difficult divorce. Before this class, every conversation with my ex felt like a battle. A New Outlook’s anger management program gave me simple, effective tools to pause, stay calm, and keep the focus on what matters — my kids.

I’m thankful for the guidance that’s helped me manage my emotions and be the steady parent they deserve.

FAQS

What is A New Outlook?

A New Outlook is a coaching and mental health service specializing in anger management, men’s mental health, and fatherhood support. We offer court-approved anger management classes, coaching sessions, and resources to help individuals regain control, build stronger relationships, and create a healthier outlook on life.

Who do you work with?

We primarily work with men who are navigating difficult life transitions — including fathers in high-conflict co-parenting situations, individuals facing legal requirements for anger management, and anyone ready to improve emotional regulation, communication, and relationships.

Are your anger management classes court-approved?

Yes. Our curriculum meets court, probation, and employer requirements in California and many other states. We provide certificates of completion and attendance logs upon request. If you have a specific court order, we can review it to ensure our program meets your requirements.

Can I attend even if my situation isn’t court-ordered?

Absolutely. Many clients come to us proactively to improve their communication, emotional control, and relationship skills — without any legal requirement. Our classes and coaching are designed to help anyone who wants to handle anger in healthier, more constructive ways.

How do I enroll?

You can sign up directly through our Booking Page or by calling us at (916) 597-0760. Once registered, you’ll receive details about class schedules, Zoom links (for online sessions).

Do you offer online anger management classes?

Yes. We offer live, instructor-led online sessions that you can attend from anywhere. These sessions are interactive, confidential, and provide a certificate of completion for the class.

How long are the classes?

Class length depends on your requirements. We offer short-term (8–16 hours) and extended (26–52 weeks) programs. Your court order or personal goals will determine the best fit.

What’s the difference between coaching and anger management classes?

Anger Management Classes are structured, curriculum-based programs that meet legal or employer requirements.

Coaching is one-on-one or small-group support focused on your specific challenges and goals, with a more flexible approach that blends skill-building, accountability, and personal development.

How much does it cost?

Pricing depends on the length of the program and whether you choose group or individual sessions. Visit our Pricing Page for details, or contact us for a customized recommendation based on your needs.

Will my information be kept private?

Yes. All sessions are confidential and conducted in compliance with applicable privacy laws. We will never share your information without your written consent, except as required by law.

Do you offer help beyond anger management?

Yes. We also provide resources, workshops, and coaching on fatherhood, communication, emotional intelligence, and rebuilding relationships. We’re here to help you grow in every area of your life.
